This is a question pertaing to Arkansas. Can a widow make a claim against an estate based on the facts that she supplied all of the money in the joint bank account used to pay off a lien on land in the husband's name? The land was owned by the husband and refinanced prior to the marriage but the wife wife payed the bank all the money owed during the marriage. The two of them considered it a loan to the husband. Also he died intestate. |

I would consult a lawyer who specializes in the estate planning.
