some how when i goto traffic court i allways come out paying a fine while other people dont how can you win even when u are right they allways find something to make u wrong |

It's just that 9 times out of ten, the judge really does try and give the benefit of the doubt to the police officers...
And in most cases there is a reasonable amount of doubt to the testimony.
Now if you have some good facts or evidence to present, your chances are all the better of avoiding a conviction.
