I just got my first speeding ticket ever. I was going 44 in a 30 at 7:15am and was pulled over by a town police officer, not a county or state officer. My parents are pretty much forcing me to plead not guilty. I was just wondering what kinds of questions theyre going to ask me in court so I dont mess up with the plea, and how much all of this is going to cost? Is there an extra court fee? How much do tickets run these days? Should I be scared?
