I was pulled over on 08/31/01 for driving w/ suspended license. The magistrates office never came after me. I forgot to pay it. I, for no reason pulled up my driving record and this was there. What is statue of Limitations on this. I called court and they said I owe over a thousand dollars, Are the serious?? Please I need to know what statue is before I do something. I know it's my fault, I guess but I'd figure they would have come after me years ago. They didn't seem to interested in coming after me now but if I have to pay it I'd like to know. Thank you |
