for anyone who knows and could help out...
got two tickets recently. one of them had gotten lost by the courts, so the other remaining ticket was put on the diversion program (don't get a ticket in x amount of time and it'll be striken from the record)... however, after signing the diversion agreement, the other court (ticket was in a different location) was found.
called the prosecutor for this 2nd ticket and asked about a plea-bargain. well, this county seems to have never heard of a plea-bargain so... what do i do now?
if i pay this 2nd ticket, then the diversion for the first ticket gets dropped, which ends up being a total waste of money, not to mention the points and ticket cost.
