Hello,
I received a letter in the mail today saying my license has been suspended for 3 months. 4/10/06 - 7/10/06 for the following charges:
On 08/29/04 - Disregarding Traffic Cont ROL Light (No turn on red, I turned)
On 02/06/06 - Diregarding Stop/Yield sign at Intersection (I rolled thru a stopsign)
These are the only two traffic tickets I've had in my life. And in 2005 I didn't get any tickets. I think its a bit harsh to suspend my license for 90 days? Is there anyway to get out of this?
Their reason is:
"You have been convicted of not less than two offenses against traffic regulations governing the movement of motor vehicles commited within any twenty-four month period"
