 leaving the scene of an accident
I laid my motorcycle down going into a turn, I was the only one involved, no damage was done to any property but my own. I parked my motorcycle behind a tree that was in the yard of a house for sale and planned on coming back with a truck to pick it up that day, I got a ride home. A few hours later cops showed up, they're trying to get me for failure to maintain (understandable), and leaving the scene of an accident. How can they get me for leaving the scene of an accident when all I did was parked my bike? I live in OHIO.      |
