I have a simple question about filing an appeal. I received a speeding ticket in Northwood Ohio. I requested a hearing, where the ticket was "upheld". I now wanted to file an appeal. The problem is I dont know who to file it with. I assume I just file it with the Northwood court, but since I never actually went to court (it was a magistrate that ruled at the hearing), I am not sure. No one in Northwood seems to know (or is not willing to help me) who to file this appeal with either. is there somewhere I can easily get this inforrmation?
Any help is appreciated,
