Can I please get some information on driving on a suspended license. My sons fathers license was recently suspended due to non payment of child support in PA. Just last week he claimed that he got a job in Virginia driving a courier truck that delivers bulk items. I believe he may have gotten this job prior to the suspension. So when they ran his license it came back clear. Is it possible for him to have gotten a virginia license that would discard his Pennsylvania license? Any information that you can provide would be very helpful. Thank you. |

I doubt PA law will effect his drivers licence in Virginia.... He probably went and got the VA licence as a backup in case.... |

I have a friend who has a court date at the county court tomorrow in Bethlehem, PA and I am just very worried about what the judge's decision will be. His license has been suspended for probably around 9 years. During that time period, he's been driving still and within that period, he's been pulled over about 6 times for overspeeding and caught with a suspended license. Will he go to jail for that for about 6 months or just pay a fine? However, he has a lawyer and I don't know if he can do a plea bargain. If possible, what would it be? Community service and no jail? Lesser time in jail? Or maybe no jail at all but pay a larger sum with community service? Continued license suspension? Please advice.
