i had an accident at the post office in orange county california on 6/28/05. i had an attorney but they didn't specialize in governmental liability or tort claims. the post office sent me a for that has to be returned by the end of this month and i don't know what to do. i am permanently disabled and am losing everything i have. can someone give me advice of where to find an attorney that can handle these types of claims or should i fill int he form myself? thanks so much. tink.
