Happens to be a wreckless speeding ticket. I have never had a moving violation in my life. An officer pulls me over and issues a wreckless driving ticket. Judge says, condiering the time of day, this may be jail time (FIRST TICKET EVER... NEVER BEEN TO JAIL... HELLO!!?!?!?!?) . I don't get to say anything, well, the day in question, I found out that I was a soon to be dad... I was rushing to get to my fiance'. Not paying attention to the speedometer... he says I was going 90 in a 65. I geta lawyer and she says to get my speedometer calibrated, now... great news, my speedometer is broken... will this hold up in court? Help me out! Please! |

Was your lawyer able to keep you out of jail? (I would guess "yes".)
The time of day thing - was this because kids were going to, or coming home from, school at the time? |
