Rep Power: 0 | | My verdict... but is it legal? Alrighty so I got the findings back in my contested hearing by mail. I lost and judge still wants me to pay the full fine.
But there is a loop hole.
The Findings and Order for Contested Hearing signed by the judge doesn't have my name spelled correctly at all.
First of all they don't use my fist name Yvo, they use my middle initial.
Then my last name is van Doorn. Well the Judge / Protem / Commissioner signed it 'Van Daren'.
Am I still legally responsible if the findings were technically for a different person. Is this in my favor?
