1. I do not see you going to jail for your offence, so relax.
2. You may not get a licence in time to take your wife to the hospital. Keep money and emergency numbers handy, so that you can take her in an ambulance, a taxi, or with the help of a neighbor or a friend who has a driving licence. Ask the obstetrician if a cesarean section could be planned. This will eliminate the emergency aspect of the matter and even give your wife and you a choice of birthday for your child. It could cost you quite a bit of money, depending on the terms of your health insurance policy and that of your wife, but it will save her a great deal of discomfort.
You should report back at the traffic office where you had first got your licence, make a declaration of what happened and then apply to get it back. You would probably have to take a test again and may suffer a fine and an endorsement.
Pay the penalty for your tort and move on in life.
Get in to the licence thing after delivery.

I suggest that you apply for a licence and take a test. The application may require that you declare your driving and endorsement history, in which case you should fill in the truthful details. You can fax (00912222885006) a copy of a filled in form and I can review it for you before you submit it.
