I recently purchased a used mobile home from the a mobile home park. When the paperwork was delivered to me it was a paper on the parks letterhead which said Certificate of Ownership The current resident ( my name) has purchased the manufactured home at (my address) The original bill of sale has been paid in full and (my name) has full and unemcumbered ownership of this manufactured home. (my name) has all rights and privileges of ownership of this manufactured home. it is singed by the park manager and notarized. is this a legal and binding contract in a state where mobile homes have titles just like a car or truck? | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
