Rep Power: 0 | | Real Estate question Last year I purchased a new home. The house is to completly finsihed within two months. I purchased this home becuase of the location right next to the elementry school having two young children. As of the last few months I was informed the school district is looking to redistrict the borders and my children may have to go to a school over 6 miles away instead of next door to our house. The builder never informed any of the homeowners of this situation with the school district and I'm wondering if I have the right to back out of the closing or prolong it until the school district makes a decision. |
