Ok, landlord rents to a couple of scumbags. These tenants were bad news from day one. Police have arrested them repeatedly for domestic violence and disorderly conduct during their one year at the property. All of the other tenants have complained repeatedly to the landlord, no action was ever taken, now they finally have not paid their rent, and are being evicted. They blame us neighbors for their eviction and these people are the type to slash everyone's tires etc. upon leaving. If this happens, I plan on deducting any damage to my property from my rent, and have told the landlord this, since these tenants are his fault. any suggestions or opinions? | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
