Hi,
I was in a car accident and the other man was at fault which has already been recognized. But now I am supposed to go to court because the insurance company is not paying. The thing is, is that I was a minor at the time of the wreck and was undermy mothers jurisdiction and she paid all the bills. Now the reason I really need help is because I have severe anxiety linked also with aghorophobia, and do not want to be at the settlement hearing and I need advice on how to get out of it because its my moms money anyway. So if someone could point me in the direction of how to give full responsibility to my mom so I do not have to be there it would be helpfull.
