More fallout happens from the beating of two men by Chattanooga police, at a convenience store last September.

Chattanooga police joined Georgia authorites chasing Jason McCollum and Matthew Jones from Ringgold, Georgia.
The chase ended at Kanku's on Market Street leaving Jones with bruises all over his face.

Surveillance cameras caught the brutality on tape.

NewsChannel 9 has found out Chief Steve Parks has fired another officer connected to this case.
Chief Parks fired officer Steve Campbell for using excessive force on the men after they were handcuffed. Chief Parks said the investigaton revealed Campbell used his Taser gun on the men after they were placed in cuffs.

In addition, Parks suspended officer Michael Wenger for 28 days without pay. That's the city's maximum suspension. The internal affairs investigatin showed Wenger hit Jones in the face with his forearm.

Sergeant Chad Sullivan has been suspended for ten days without pay for failing to provide supervision.

The discipline comes after Chief Parks fired officer Shane Webb for his involvement, and suspended Ray Brantis for the maximum 28 days. The investigation cocluded Webb also used his Taser gun on the men after they were handcuffed.

Officer Brantis is back on duty. Chief Parks says he used his foot to roll McCollum over. He was the passenger in Jones' truck. He has filed a 3.3 million dollar federal lawsuit against the department for civil rights violations.
