Default question about tobacco lawsuits

I am not a smoker, but both of my parents were. I'm now 43 and my respiratory problems are getting much worse. My quality of life has been seriously impacted and I'm worried about medical expenses down the road, the inability to work, and more.
It's too late to do anything about my parents, but the companies that got rich by pushing them their drug are still getting rich ruining the health of the next generation.
Are there any class action lawsuits against the tobacco companies that might benefit victims of second-hand smoke? How would one go about getting in on something like that?
