 Driver Dies After Collision With Semi-Truck A woman suffered fatal injuries when the sedan she was driving collided with a flatbed semi-truck on the westbound Riverside (91) Freeway in Corona, coroner's officials said Saturday. The deceased woman was publicly identified Saturday morning as Otilia Quintana, 47, of Lake Elsinore, a coroner's investigator said. The crash occurred at 8:50 p.m. Friday on the 91 at Serfas Club Drive, just east of Prado Dam and the Corona (71) Expressway, according to the coroner. Quintana apparently lost control of her sedan and collided with the flatbed semi-truck, according to the coroner. She was wearing a seat belt. Quintana was pronounced dead at the crash scene at 9:21 p.m., according to the coroner. A sedan should have had an air bag. I wonder how it didn't make any difference. Her loss can never be compensated but has her family been offered anything? Has the driver been caught hold?

Wow that's crazy. I wonder if it was a head on collision or something because how do you just slam into a flat-bed?
