I had the emergency manager call and tell me that after reviewing my case they are not going to charge me anything with them. The doctor had missed it so that was my compensation I guess. But because of them I had more pain, longer wait, ruptured appendix, and rushed to a different hospital who diagnosed and rushed me to surgery . Can I now get a lawyer after them taking the blame. The only thing is, I didn't have any defects on my body afterwards. Meaning I'm well. The hospital is connected to two different citys meaning their all samaritain hospitals.
