I lost a case against a Dr. 3 years after the event. I had great anxiety, and I had trouble focusing and concentrating during interrigations and court. About a year after I lost the case, I had different memories which may have altered the results of the case. Is there anything I can do to reopen the case, although I really hate to experience court all over again, or should I just forget all about it? |
