Rep Power: 0 | | Misrepresentation? I found a site yesterday (they were spamming their links around the place) called
personalinjurylawyerinc.com
and on their about page they say Quote:
Because of this, Personal Injury Lawyers Inc. welcomes you to examine the information of this website to learn more about our law firm, our lawyers and legal resources, as well as our winning and outstanding approach to personal injury cases.
Personal Injury Lawyers Inc. has concentrated its practice in representing individuals on the prosecution of...
| but because they don't identify the partners in the practice etc I was wondering if they were indeed a law firm and if they are allowed to make statements like this?
They don't give any real info in their whois record
just

Rep Power: 10 | | I don't see them listed with the California division of corporations: http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/list.html
There doesn't look to be any contact info on the site.... It looks like garbage... Probably not a real law firm, but a site planning on being a referral service... I could be wrong, but I'd bet if I spent the time checking it would turn out to be exactly that.... |

Rep Power: 4 | | Legal Services on the Internet There is plenty of choice for sound and valid advice on the Internet. I can help if anyone provides specific details of the nature of advice they seek. Legal advice is expensive and you need to think through whether or not it is worth consulting an attorney or a law firm. A person who is literate in law may be able to offer a free or a cheap option that resolves an issue. | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
