The Government has reduced by 90%-yes 90%, the fine that tobacco companies were asked to pay for harming health.
These lucky companies can now pay just 10% of a $ 130 billion award that was sought earlier.
Spoilsports like Edward Kennedy are questioning the generosity of Government.

I reckon that is just silly. The tax they get is simply just wasted into healthcare for ppl who smoke and get ill... |
