Bank letter posted that person passed 106 bad checks and was never prosecuted. The total amount of 7990 dollars in bad checks while on State probation. Even using fake social security numbers no prosecution by the State.
This is just one of 13 bank where this happened at.
What a corrupt judicial system as it would be real hard to believe that not a single merchant turned in a bad check for prosecution. Especially checks for over 3 and 5 hundred dollars. Others have gone to prison for less but the State Bar of South Dakota says this is normal for South Dakota.
