I know people here have watched her TV show. I think that she's very obnoxious and very rude as a judge. I also don't support her opinions nor reasonings on cases found on her TV show. Quote: |

I definetly enjoy watching here cases though.... I'm sure she plays it up a bit for TV.... |

The President and peer judges are the only ones with privileges to make observations about individual officers of the Court. Even they do not express their opinions in public gaze.
I request that this forum should restrict discussion to legal process. We should never comment on a judge as an individual for it damages the system. My opinion is subject to what you decide John. |

I think that is a great comedy show, but people must realise that it is not a good representation of what most judge is actually like. She is rude and very unjudge like.... |

Hpw does her behavior in Court compare with that in normal life?

She may be rude, but look at the people she has to preside over. Afterall it is a tv show. I still like her show |

Judge Judy isn't really "real" anyway.
The TV company pays for all the settlements.
