Rep Power: 3 | | You're only thinking about getting a lawyer or telling your parents after missing a court date?
I have found that courts will usually work with somebody who comes in later the same day, or calls the same day and arranges to come in the next morning, after they miss a court appearance. That is, if asked by somebody who intends to promptly appear, the judge will often hold off on signing or submitting the bench warrant for a short period of time to let the person come to court. | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
