Hey guys. I was just sent an on call subpoena for a court case that is scheduled for May 19th thru May 30th. I've been checking the status of the case online. When I checked the status today, it says Court Case Status: Plea/Sentence. In the bottom this is what it says...
5/8/2008AAPPEARANCE OF DEFENDANT ENTERED5/8/2008AAPPEAR. OF ATTORNEY ENTERED5/8/2008ACOURT MINUTES FILED5/8/2008AMOTION FOR BOND IS WITHDRAWN BY DEFENSE5/8/2008AIN OPEN COURT HEARING BOND5/12/2008ANOTICE OF PLEA/SENT SCHEDULED ON <05/21/2008> 08:30 A.M.
Now. I want to know is if the case is done and all they are scheduling is the sentencing? The trial was to begin on May 19th but now it says May 21st is the Sentencing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
