Hello
I have developed a website like youporn.com or Redtube.com but I don't want to launch it since I don't know how I can make it legal, I checked the whois on the redtube.com and I found out that the company is located in the U.S. I'm also in the U.S. but I think there are some things that I should follow so if a user uploads copyrighted videos I don't get sued for it. Can you tell me how I can make it legal and what I can do so I don't get sued in the future?
