Rep Power: 0 | | restricted account? my son was a passenger in an auto accident, he is 17, and a junior in high school. Now the attorney is saying we will have to make a court appearence and the money will be put into a restricted account until cody turns 18 which is this oct. My problem is my son is aware that 18 he is considered an adult although he will only be a senior in high school Idont feel comfortable with him being able to spend the money any way he wants he is not mature enough he and I already are having problems about how he thinks he can do as he pleases with himself and the money then why are they doing this? and what does a restricted account mean? I tried to speak with our attorney about my concerns and he was rude and basically told me like it or not thats the way it is . what can i do? | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
