I am just barely figuring out how to get into a forum - and it is hard for us new computer users who are acutely aware of just how computer illiterate we actually are  the subject most pressing for me today is how can I as guardian/conservator for my father (who has been mentally incapacitated) implement steps to assure that my mother has full control of their assets to help protect her from what appears to be "vultures" in the beginning steps of trying to clean her out - I don't wish to see her impoverished in her old age |

Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad you figured out how to register and get started here.
You need to meet with an estate lawyer and/or ensure she has power of attorney for his will etc...
