Hello,
My brother has a misdemeanor and was sentenced to 29 days of caltrans to be completed by 03/20...he of course waited until the last minute to start doing caltrans he was 8 days into it when the administrator felt that he was not working hard enough so kicked him out of the program...We don't know what to do now. When he goes to court on 03/20 will they just place him another community service program or will they put him in jail? any help would be appreciated...
