Rep Power: 0 | | Death threat thru my child form my ex I thought this would be easy to find the answer for,it hasnt been so far.I hope someone here knows. I'm divorced 12 yrs., 2 kids, have court orders stating a specific time my ex can pick the kids up for visits, he's late 2 hours late, or early and no call to let us know either way, so i wont let them leave early anymore even 10 min early, he lives with his mom, no job, doesnt pay chidl support, anyway he told my 13 yr old yesterday that next time he comes to pick them up, he is coming early, if i dont let them go, he is bringing his shot gun, banging my door down, and killing me. I believe he could do it, and am going to call the local police inthe morning but does anyone here know if i can have him arrested for this threat in Colorado? Theres so much more to this but i wont bore you, please if u have an anser email me. |

Rep Power: 10 | | Re: Death threat thru my child form my ex If someone has threatened your life and you are in fear of death or bodily harm, I am 99% sure you can press charges and have them arrested. The main criteria for such is that you actually believe that the threat is real... Call your local police to confirm, but I am almost positive, in whatever state your in, that a threat, of physical harm, regardless of wether or not it is carried out, is a crime.
