Today I saw two of the biggest legal jokes in history. The FBI rush to judgment on this science guy. I am wondering if his family and friends are going to let them get away with the obvious framing of a dead man.
Then the other joke is the driver of Osama. If you charge someone for helping someone steal a donut, don't you have to first charge and convict the donut thief. |

I asked a friend of mine who practices immigration law in a major Midwestern city what he thought of the immigration bill. I know him to be a conservative Republican and a supporter of President Bush. This is what he wrote back, which I post with his permission:
