I am in the middle of a divorce in dallas county. my children and i left him at the beginning of february because he has forced sex on me and beat me near death on multiple occasions in front of the children. they have been majorly affected in a negative way since visitation has been forced upon them, regardless of the fact that my father is the designated supervisor. I had to go to collin county in regards to two felony charges he was facing, one for sexual assault= in front of his and my one year old little girl, and the other for stalking, abuse. I was totally misrepresented by the district attorney's office who misadvised me and treated me like crap./ He has a direct relative who is the congressman over that county, Ralph Hall, and I wanted to know if this is conflict of interest. My divorce attorney told me to get a crim. defense lawyer; however, he has paid no child support and I could not incur any more legal expenses being a single mother. I am feeling like it is my moral responsibility to expose the situation as one of corrupt nature from a congressman who would cover up a sexual assaultant and wife beater at the price of two innocent little children's futures (mine). Please please help if you can!
