my wife wants a divorce. i have no problem with this but have a feww questions.
we are currently in a lease on our apartment for 3 or 4 more months. she says she can "legally" kick me out of I am not paying for anything and she pays this all. Is this true?
Also is there a way other than lawyers or maybe legal aid can help that basically we draw up our own divorce decree. We have a 3 month together than she does not want support for nor does she really care that i see him either. Also we have a car in both of our names that I'm not sure who it will go to.
