Rep Power: 0 | | daughter wants to leave my step daughter lives in south dakota and i live in south carolina she want to leave and come to her moms her in SC . the problem is her mom pays child support and she is still in school she is 18 and is not happy what are my options |

Rep Power: 0 | | she can leave only if she is released from custody, if she is still in school (college exempt) she has to released by the county or judicial body of which state she resides in. only a judge can release parental custody to another parent while she is still in school
