 Emergency help****custody***
I left a abusive husband of 21 years with our youngest son then 5 years old, lived in DV shelter, ex given house and every thing in it. Well he has lawyer on a string I dont. He is saying I have mental issues. Before I left I had childcare business for 15 years (no mental issues). Well over the past year I have been court ordered to do psychology evaluations and phsychiatrist evaluations, both come back no mental issues. He managed to get custody of our son, with me no visitation and can only call my son at 7PM on Wednesdays. How is this? I was abused in a 21 year marriage tried to save my son and myself and I am still the victim, and whats worse I lost my son. I firmly believe this Judge is biased and dont know what to do about it, I entered her name in www.courthouseforum.com and many other peole have wrote similiar cases as to her misjudgement. I have 1 week to appeal her decision. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN FILE?       |
