Modification under new law 2009 - Court Forum

I have processed paper work for a Modification of a current order I'm paying on ( in ma ) due to a reduction of hours to (32) per week. I have read and watched on
erniehyde.com which covers alot I pay the health ins for my children but she does not use it she uses Ma health she is on ssi. do you for-see any problems
they also talk about it has to be 3years before you can go in for a modification would this be after 2009 or pertain to orders in place before the new law..

Basically I'm looking for your thoughts and views

Without reference to the material you're speaking of I'd assume it would be after 2009 or whenever the modification came into effect; please cite the source of the information you're talking about directly.
