I have processed paper work for a Modification of a current order I'm paying on ( in ma ) due to a reduction of hours to (32) per week. I have read and watched on erniehyde.com which covers alot I pay the health ins for my children but she does not use it she uses Ma health she is on ssi. do you for-see any problems they also talk about it has to be 3years before you can go in for a modification would this be after 2009 or pertain to orders in place before the new law.. Basically I'm looking for your thoughts and views thanks for great forum |

Without reference to the material you're speaking of I'd assume it would be after 2009 or whenever the modification came into effect; please cite the source of the information you're talking about directly.
