My boyfriend has 2 daughters with another woman. The mother of his children was a drug addict and had the 2 girls taken from her. The girls were given to the Grandmother(my boyfriend's mother) because she wrote a letter stating she wanted the children and could provide a stable, loving home for them. Behind the scenes my boyfriend and his mother planned to give the girls to myself and my boyfrined w/o my knowledge or consent. Apon being flown back from another state(after she got custody) the Grandmother was asking my boyfriend when we would be taking the children. Is this fraud? She lied to the court. Please respond.
