i just have a question about a financial support from a divorse. My father filed for a divorce from my mother 2 years ago without her knowing it and my father remarried without us ( his children and wife ) knowing about it. He purposedly send the divorse paper to his sister and not my mom and is now claiming that he now have a new wife. He also stopped sending my mother financial support. My question is : what can we do to get him to pay financial support to my mother. He got married in another country and now living here in USA. |
