My soon to be husband is behind on his child support and I have a few questions.
I know they take his Tax Return and took his DL.
So what can happen with me?
Will my taxes be taken if we file seperate?
Could my pay be garnished?
I have a seperate banking account could this be touched if he is not on there?

My son is a US citizen his father and I are not. My son and I recently moved back to my country from the US. His father is a millionaire but has not paid child support for the past eght years. He is paying the minimum our country's law provide. Can I file for child support through the US courts even though we are not currently living in the US and how do I go about doing it without securing a lawyer as i don't have lawyer fees, or could one be appointed. | | Domain Names Sponsor |  | |
