The Supreme Court has upheld Washingston authority over California and other States that allow patients to grow Marijuana and use it as medicine. Federal officers can break in to homes and destroy plants even if prescribed by doctors and permitted by local government.

I just heard about this on the television news right behind me just now....
That is very bad news for those who are prescribed it and truely need it..... |

1. There are opiates left that doctors can prescribe, but they are injected or swallowed-you need not smoke pain away.
