My son was arrested for murder of a child. He statement is he put the child in the bath tub in left to get the child some clothes to put on and when he got back the child was floating on top of the water. He called 911 for assistance and the told him to pump the baby stomach. So he did . My son attended to the child until the ambulance showed up and they took over. The Police investigator questioned my son, he cooperated with all the question. After the child didn't survive they arrested him. As days went by they questioned family members and friends. So there was a bond hearing he was denied bond the police investigator that spoke gave information from her report, all of her statement was lies. She didn't tell the truth about any of the statement that was given to her. She embelished everything we said to her. So far since he's been in jail they will not let him have visitors .
So the only contact we have with him is telephone. My son did not murder this child the way it's been stated to the public and in court that he abused the child that morning and it's been going on daily. My son, the child, and his mother all stayed with me. Now the mother who was also acussed of murder , is saying that my son abused her and her son.
Even though the investigator there was no evidence of it. The mother case was dismissed but now my son has it all. They say there was fist prints on the child, this was the way the mother discipline the little boy. When he doing something bad she just punch him. The public defender is so inexperienced that we are at ends, we don't know what to do.

For decades, two heroic statues, one male and one female, faced each other in a city park, until one day an angel came down from heaven.
