Hello,
I'm posting here because I dont know what else to do. I recently had an employee of mine and his brother go to jail on rape charges in Washington County, AR. They are black men. The woman who put them up on charges is white. The detective on their case hasn't investigated any. All he has done was take her statement and put them in jail. They have no evidence. She went to the doctor and they couldn't find any signs of rape. One of the men passed a polygraph test. The woman accusing them of rape messaged here sister on the computer saying she hadn't been raped. The detective was informed of this and never went to talk to her. They have been appointed a D.A. but he/she hasn't bothered to talked to them. They have been in jail since the first part of July. Can anyone help or point me in the direction of help?
