I am a college student writing a paper on the problem that is smoking on college campuses.
Our goal is to offer a new policy correcting the problem. While thinking about my problem the idea that is commonly seen with any smoking ban is the infrigement rights of the smokers.
Now here is my question: If smoking bans infriges upon the rights of smokers, doesn't all public smoking infrige upon the rights on people choosing not to smoke due to the scientific facts about second-hand smoke?
