Rep Power: 0 | | new job @ airport made me sick, can i sue? Hi gang,
I recently got hired by a major Air line. My duties were to work on the ramp around airplanes (while the engines were running...JET FUMES!!!)
Since working there i was having very bad allergies and my breathing was very much distrupted to the the fumes and all (DURING MY JOB THERE).
I only lasted 2 weeks there as i could not bare any more of the sufferring. I did speak with my Manager there and ask for a transfer to inner terminal postings, but was not given one, and had to quit my job at the air.port. ( I was not yet a member of a union)
I still am not feeling 100% since leaving my job and its now been 5 or 6 days..
my question is, do i have a case against the airline that hired me? can i sue them for the suffering they caused me?
your thoughts please.
thanks a mill... | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
