Rep Power: 0 | | Terms & Conditions - Lancaster University, Resnet I am currently at Lancaster University and have a few issues with the internet provided for me by the institution. The internet is very restrictive, almost all internet programs are blocked. Including voice communication programs and other communication programs, file sharing, download sites, games etc. Only programs i can get to work are msn, skype (becuase i forwared them to port 27015) and steam (probably because hl2 was required to run online). My question is this does the terms and conditions they provide justify these restictions (link below)? Do they mean they can block any port or ip they want so i can almost not access anything? If it does, is there perhaps a loophole?
Any help would be much appreciated.
