 Damages Hearing to be set.
I got confirmation today from my attorney that I will be getting my car back. I'm referring to this post that I had previously put up: Questions about Default Judgments. We are also going to be putting in for a damages hearing with the motion to be filed asap. When this hearing comes to date what are some of the things I can expect to be asked, considered, or happen? I know its for whether or not I am to be compensated for additional damages during the time all this has been going on and to the car. But what can I basically expect in this hearing and what things will be carried out in it? Thank you for any information      |
