Rep Power: 0 | | judgement I am a small business owner. I received a letter from a vendors attorney requesting payment on an account within 30 days or he would file for a judgement against the company. I responded on the same day I received the letter in writing. I also made aoffer for settlement which was excepted immediately. Arrangements were made and completed as agreed. I just received a letter from the court in Maryland saying that a judgement had been filed and satisfied after the written agreement. Doesn't this get recorded against the business credit report? How about me since I am the quaruntor on the account? | | Domain Names Sponsor | | |
